and the heavy lifting, supporting you with professional expertise and genuine care every step of the way.
4. Time to Soak It All In
From the first rehearsal walk-through to the very last dance,
we are there to protect your joy. We coordinate every detail
and manage every vendor, executing your celebration exactly
as planned. Your only job is to focus on making memories,
being present with your favorite people and soaking in every moment of saying “I do.”
Destination weddings and travel planning are my love language. If it requires flights, room blocks, or a sunset ceremony somewhere magical, I’m in.
I truly believe couples should feel like guests at their own wedding — if you’re stressing, I’m not doing my job.
I helped build one of Puget Sound’s premier event staffing & bartending companies and trained staff to deliver five-star service at every event. That company is still thriving from the foundation I set up for them.
I live for the moment when the dance floor opens — especially when parents, grandparents, and best friends surprise everyone with their moves. (And I have been convinced by some couples to join them!!)
I once plan a dinner for The Secret Service — My event experience includes planning a high-profile dinner for the U.S. Secret Service in Seattle which was top secret, no one could know including the manager of the venue.
Just a couple more fun facts; I am originally from Australian, and I am certified in Afternoon Tea from the Laura Windsor Etiquette Academy.
I launched this journey with a passion for creating meaningful experiences, thoughtful design, and taking the stress off my clients’ shoulders—and have since turned complex ideas into beautifully designed, seamlessly executed events.
