Wedding Services

We have multiple tiered options available depending on your needs.

COMPLETE PLANNING- Investment starts at $5000

After our initial Consultation, we start with an in-depth Discovery meeting which will kick off your vision and put it into a design format.  We will marry your thoughts and concepts and put them into portfolio setting the stage and assuring that we are on the same page.

UNLIMITED in-person/video meetings, site visits, assistance with venue/vendor hiring, assistance with event staff hiring and rental bookings, style, design, and theme assistance, contract negotiation, expense management, custom floor plan design and seating chart management, invitation selection, timeline management. 

 

Our team with be in full communication with all vendors and bridal party.   Assist in planning the shower with your MOH, should she need guidance.  Hospitality & etiquette expertise provided, upon request.

 

Execute rehearsal with wedding party and arrange rehearsal dinner, upon request. Full day-off Prévu staff coordination to include Prévu assistant, Day-of design set-up/ tear down, execution and MORE! (12 hours)  

Basically, you want us to comprehensively coordinate every aspect of your wedding with your vision in mind! Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride. You want to show up and enjoy your special day and not worry about the details -"it's okay, that's our job!" 

NOTE: We require an all-in event budget up front. This will allow us to create your dream day with no hidden surprises along the way; our goal is to meet all your expectations. We will chat about this during our initial consultation

Concierge Services - A La Carte

These Services are Paid For At Time of Service- $75 -100 per hour

  • Additional Consultation Time - $100 (Full planning is 12 hours included)

  • Additional Site Visit

  • Venue/Vendors selection - $75

  • Contract Finalization -$100

  •  Custom Floor Plans Creation- Ceremony/Reception - $75 per or $130 for both

  • Additional Event staff - $75

  • Style & Design Portfolio Creation - $75

  • Style & Design Portfolio Execution set-up/tear down (without planning services) $2500 includes 2 Prévu staff members (up to 5 hours.  $100 for each additional hour per Staff Member)

  • Day of design set-up/tear down - $1000 (no style or design services, 2 Prévu Staff Members) 

  • Rental Booking $100

  • Expense Management $75

  • Timeline Creation - $75

  • Seating Chart Management -$75

  • Invitations Management - $100 

  • Plan rehearsal dinner - $300

In essence, this would mean that you would have to put in considerable effort, but you want someone to check your work and elevate what you have done so far by connecting the dots and filling in with our professional expertise. You are a little hands on, but still want to trust that you are in good hands and can now let someone else take the reins and do the rest!

NOTE:  This is  up to 5 hour day-of event package addition.  We arrive up to 3 hours prior to the Guest Arrival Start Time, which is typically 1/2 hour before the ceremony. 1 Hour of tear down service- gathering of rentals, organizing personal décor into couple provided storage. Includes set up: Ceremony location décor, Reception tablescape, any signage, special tables i.e. Guest Favor table, Seating Charts, etc.    

This is not bussing or a cleaning service.  We can assist you in providing Event Staffing  which would be separate from style and design execution.

MONTH OF MANAGEMENT -

Investment starts at $2000 

You have done it all!  Now you are ready to pass the baton so you may enjoy all your efforts!

We will start with a Discovery Meeting, this can last upwards to 3 hours.  Additionally 2 more 1/1 Consultation meetings either in person or on Video, and a final meeting 30 to 14 days prior.

I will take over Vendor correspondence, create your timeline and manage that for you and the vendors, execute rehearsal with the wedding party, 10 hour day of Prévu staff coordination (which includes 2 Prévu Staff Members), Day of design set-up and tear down, and MORE!

The above timeline may need to be adjusted based on the date services are paid. This will predict the order and frequency of the options above.

NOTE: At this point you should have purchased everything. However, during our meeting if we find significant holes in your plans we will bring them to your attention and you will decide if you want to move forward with what has been brought to light that is missing. This will allow us to create your dream day with no hidden surprises along the way; our goal is to meet all your expectations. We will chat about this during our initial consultation
